We construct homes to a high quality standard that sets us apart from volume builders. At Studley Homes, your home will be built by the builder himself, not an employed supervisor.

Our objective is not to build as many homes as we can each year. We limit the number of homes we construct to ensure that each and every project receives the attention and quality assurance that our customers expect from us.

Meeting industry standards alone will not ensure that you will receive attention to detail especially with cosmetic finishes. We ensure a high quality finish on our projects by using only reputable trades and suppliers who have a proven track record.
